What if someone had some great video of a celebrity before they were famous, can they make money?

What if someone had some great video fo a celebrity before that person was famous, that’s a great thing I have hey? I have a lot of old videos of celebrity types there got and are really famous now on video, way back in 1990′s when they were not famous…. What can I do with those?
