What are the RULES for auditioning for Season 9 American Idol?

Hey! Okay, so I am wanting to audition for Season 9 of American Idol so I was wondering if you knew of any RULES for auditioning. I was also wondering if you had any tips and/or song ideas. Thank you for all of your help!
