How to become a celebrity for being an idiot?

I want to be a celebrity living in hollywood and i hear you can be a celebrity by being an idiot. Is this true? What things could i do to become an idiot celebrity?

    make a video of yourself getting hurt very badly or doing something stupid then post it on Youtube.
