How do you find out where American Idol is?

How do you find out which cities the judges are going to for auditionees for American Idol? I would like to know because I may plan on auditioning for season 9. I was going to audition for season 8 but I didn’t know how to find where they were going to audition, or actually, I knew where but I didn’t know the dates. So now I have a second part to my question, lol; How can you find out where and when auditioning for American Idol takes place?

    To answer your question check the web-sight near the end of season 8
    extra I think the auditions are end of summer at least they were that way in 08 (they came to my town:)
